(1) Every application for renewal of a Sijil Amalan Guaman Syarie shall be made to the Committee not later than one month before the date of expiration of the Sijil.
(2) The application shall be made in Form D in the Schedule and submitted to the Committee.
(3) The fees for renewal of each Sijil Amalan Guaman Syarie are as follow:
(a) if an application is made within the period specified in subrule (1), the fee shall be one hundred ringgit;
(b) if an application is made after the period specified in subrule (1) but before the date of expiration of the Sijil, the fee shall be one hundred and fifty ringgit;
(c) if an application is made after the date of expiration of the Sijil, the fee shall be two hundred ringgit.
