PART II - ESTABLISHMENT OF PEGUAM SYARIE ADMISSION COMMITEE

Rule 4. Membership

(1) The Committee shall consist of-

(a) the Chief Syariah Judge who shall be the Chairman;

(b) the Mufti or his representative;

(d) the Head of the Administration of Syariah Laws Division, Jabatan Agama Islam Perak; and

(e) a Peguam Syarie on the recommendation of the Chief Syariah Judge.

(2) The Chief Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Committee.
