(1) The Secretary of the Committee shall maintain a Register of Peguam Syarie which shall contain the following particulars:
(a) the name of the Peguam Syarie;
(b) identity card number;
(c) the name under which he practises or the name of the firm;
(d) his postal address;
(e) the date of admission as a Peguam Syarie;
(f) the date of the declaration by the Syariah High Court;
(g) the date the Sijil Amalan Guaman Syarie is issued and the date of its renewal, if any;
(h) any action that has been taken by the Committee; and
(i) any information as the Committee deems necessary.
(2) In the event of any change in the particulars of a Peguam Syarie as specified in subrule (1), the Peguam Syarie shall, within a period of fourteen days thereafter, inform the Secretary of the Committee and the change of shall be entered in the Register.
(3) Any person may inspect the Register during office hours without any payment.
