(1) The Majlis shall appoint a Committee to the called "Peguam Syarie Appeal Committee" to hear any appeal against a decision of the Committee made under these Rules.
(2) The Appeal Committee shall consist of three members appointed by the Majlis from amongst person who have competence and experience in legal matters.

(3) The Majlis shall appoint a Chairman from among the members of the Appeal Committee.
