Rule 34. Revocation and saving
The
Peguam Syariah
Rules 1980
[Pk P.U. 28/1980]
are revoked, provided that a person to whom a licence as a
Peguam Syariah
as been issued under those Rules that are revoked shall be deemed to have been admitted as a
Peguam Syarie
under these Rules.
