(1) The Committee shall notify its decision made under rule 21 or 23, as the case may be, by registered post to the Peguam Syarie, the Chief Registrar, the Chief Syariah Prosecutor and the Secretary.
(2) The Chairman shall sign each decision of the Committee made under rule 21 or 23.
(3) The Chairman shall ensure that each proceeding is recorded and records of the proceedings are duly kept.
