Rule 2.
In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires:
"Chief Registrar" includes Registrar, Deputy Registrar and Assistant Registrar of Muslim Marriages Divorces and Rujuk for the State of Perlis who have been appointed under section 28 Enactment 1991.
"Syariah Court" includes the Court of Kadi Besar and "the Court of Kadi".
"Enactment" means Administration of Islamic Family Law Enactment, 1991.
"Consultant Officers" means those who have been given the duties to manage and advise those parties who are in dispute regarding Islamic Family matters, including the Registrar.
