Rule 4.

(i) Any person who is not satisfied with any order, act, dismissal or negligence of a Registrar may, within 14 days from that date apply to the court for a retrial.

(ii) The court may make an orders directing the Registrar to do or to restrain from doing any act which should be done or should not be done and may make any other appropriate order in the interest of justice which includes an order to rectify the Marriage Register.
