UNDANG-UNDANG ZAKAT DAN FITRAH 1966

Regulation 19. Unlawful to receive Zakat and Fitrah without authority of Chief Custodian.

Any person who receives Zakat and Fitrah without the written authority of the Chief Custodian shall be guilty of an offence.

Penalty: a fine not exceedmg two hundred dollars.
