Regulation 7. Power of Chief Custodian to require disclosure of property for assessment.

The Chief Custodian shall have the power to require any person to disclose such information relating to his belongings as may be necessary for the assessment of Zakat due from him, and any information so disclosed shall be treated with strict confidence.
