Regulation 2. Amendment of the Principal Regulations.
Regulation 8 of the Principal Regulations is amended by adding a new paragraph-
"Regulation 8. Dismissal of Amils.
(3) The Majlis Islam may dismiss any Amil who in the opinion of the Majlis Islam has neglected or failed to perform his duties to the satisfaction of the Chief Custodian or who has been convicted in any Court of Law of any offence involving dishonesty.".
