Regulation 6. The President of Masjlis Islam as Chief Custodian.

(a) The President of Majlis Islam is hereby appointed as the Chief Custodian of the Tabong and shall be responsible to the MajIis Islam for the efficient administration of the Tabong.

(b) The Chief Custodian shall have the power to employ persons to assist him.
