Regulation 13. Purposes for which the Fund may be expropriated.
Except as provided for in regulations 14 and 15, no expropriation shall be made out of the Tabong unless the Majlis Islam approves it for the following purposes: -
(i) promoting religious education;
(ii) helping the establishment of schools, burial grounds or places of worship;
(iii) relief to the needy and distressed persons; or
(iv) such other charitable, educational or religious purpose as the Majlis Islam may find special reason to approve.
