UNDANG-UNDANG ZAKAT DAN FITRAH 1966

Regulation 17. Penalties for failure to pay Zakat and Fitrah.

Any person who, without lawful justification, fails to pay Zakat and Fitrah shall be guilty of an offence.

Penalty:

(a) in the case of failure to pay Zakat, not exceeding two hundred dollars; and

(b) in the case of failure to pay Fitrah, not exceeding twenty five dollars.
