Regulation 3. Constitution of Tabong Zakat dan Fitrah.
For the purpose of the collected Zakat and Fitrah and the administration of the proceeds thereof there shall be constituted a Fund to be known as the Tabong Zakat dan Fitrah, into which shall be paid all proceeds from Zakat and Fitrah.
