UNDANG-UNDANG ZAKAT DAN FITRAH 1966

Regulation 21. Native Court empowered to try any offence under these Regulations.

The institution of proceedings for, or the imposition of, a penalty under these Regulations, which may be had before a Native Court, shall not relieve any person from liability to assessment or payment of Zakat and Fitrah for which he is or may be liable.
