Rule 2. Insertion of new rule 4A

The Syariah Courts (Forms and Fees) Rules, 1985 [Swk. l.n. 11/1985.], here inafter referred to as the "Principal Rules" are amended by inserting immediately after rule 4 thereof the following new rule 4A-

"Section 4A. Search Warrant.

A Search Warrant shall be under the seal of the Syariah Court and the signature of the presiding Kadi thereof and shall be substantially in Form 2A.".
