Rule 8. Notice of meeting

The Secretary shall notify members at least two days regarding Committee meeting by sending them a letter to address given by the members or orallu:

Provided that unintentional failure to distribute the notice of the meeting to any member or if any member has not received the notice of any meeting, such failure shall not invalidate any Committee meeting :

And provided further that the Chairman may cancel the requirement of the notice in time of emergency, and during such emergency, notice shall be given soonest possible.
