Rule 10. Procedure at meetings

(1) The quorum of the Committee meeting shall be five.

(2) All the Committee meeting shall be oresided by the Chairman. If the Chairman is absent, the members present shall elect anyone among themselves to chair the meeting.

(3) The Chairman shall determine the arrangement of the matters at a meeting.

(4) All questions before a meeting shall be decided by a majority of the members present and voting and every member present is entitled to a vote and, in case of an equality of votes, the casting vote shall be made by the Chairman.
