Rule 14. Responsibilities of the Treasurer

The Treasure is responsible in all financial matters of the Mosque. He shall maintain and keep account regarding all financial matters and is responsible over its accurancy. He shall sign all the Mosque's cheques together with the Chairman and the Secretary.
