Rule 7. Special or emergency meeting

(1) If the management of the Committee deems necessary, the chairman may hold a special Committee meeting at any time.

(2) The Chairman shall hold an emergency meeting within two days after receipt of a written request signed by not less than three committee members. Such request shall tablle the matter or matters which are to be brought up in the meeting.
