Rule 2. Payment of compound.
When an offer of composition of any offence is made and accepted payment shall be made by cash, money order, postal order or banker's draft to the Commisioner, Department of Religious Affairs, Terengganu and such commisioner shall account for it in the ordinary way and issue a receipt for such payment to the person to whom the offer of composition was made.
