REGISTRATION AND CONTROL OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS SCHOOL RULES 1988

Rule 9. Manager to report change in teachers, or management.

(1) It shall be the duty of the manager of the Islamic school to report to the Commissioner any change in the teachers or the management of the school whereof he is the manager.

(2) Any manager who fails to report such change within thirty days from the date on which it occurred commits an offence under these rules.
