Tr. P.U. 16/88 REGISTRATION AND CONTROL OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS SCHOOL RULES 1988
Rule 11. Defund school.
(1) If the Commissioner has reason to believe that any registered Islamic school has ceased to exist, he may serve or cause to be served to the manager of the school a notice calling him to furnish proof of its existance within thirty days from the date of service of such notice.
(2) If at the expiration of thirty days the Commissioner is satisfied that the school has ceased to exist, he may cancel its registration.
(3) If in a case falling under paragraph (1) of this rule the Commissioner is unable to serve the notice after due investigation being carried out, he may cancel the registration of the school.
