REGISTRATION AND CONTROL OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS SCHOOL RULES 1988

Rule 6. Register.

The Commissioner shall keep or cause to be kept a register for all Islamic schools registered under these rules and there shall be recorded in the register the particulars in respect of each school including:

(a) the name and address of the school;

(b) the particulars concerning the managers, school staff and teachers thereof;

(c) the number of students categorised under children, adults and sex;

(d) the curriculum for the school;

(e) the source of finance;

(f) the medium of instruction;

(g) any other information as the Commissioner may deem fit to record.
