(i) Every certificate issued by the Majlis shall be in Form 2 as set out in the Schedule hereto and shall be signed by the Yang Dipertua;
(ii) All certificates shall expire on the 31 December of each year and applications for renewal shall be made not later than the 1 November of each year;
(iii) A fee of $100.00 shall be paid for the issue of a certificate as Peguam Syar'i and every renewal thereof.
