Rule 3. Responsilibility of the Commissioner.

For the purpose of giving permission for the erection of any Islamic school or the use of any existing building as or for the purpose of an Islamic school under section 199(2) of the Enactment [Tr. En. 12/86], the Commissioner shall ensure that all the Islamic schools are managed in accordance with these rules.
