REGISTRATION AND CONTROL OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS SCHOOL RULES 1988

Rule 4. Registration.

(1) Subject to the provision of these rules all Islamic schools shall be registered under these rules.

(2) All Islamic schools which have been registered before the coming into force of these rules shall be registered in accordance with the provisions of these rules within six months of the coming into force of these rules or any longer period as the Commissioner may allow.

(3) Any person who acts as manager or teacher in any Islamic school which is not registered commits an offence under these rules.
