Rule 12. Power to enter and search Premises.
When there is a complaint that any place, house or building has been used as an Islamic school and the Commissioner is satisfied that such place, house or building is not registered as an Islamic school or its registration has been cancelled under rules 8 and 11 or any registered Islamic school is in breach of any provision under these rules the Commissioner or any officer of the Department duly authorised by him, may enter and search such place, house or building and seize any books, documents, seals and other articles which he believes belong to or used by the school.
