(1) Every person who desires to obtain a licence as a Peguam Syar'i shall make his application to the Yang Dipertua in Form I as set out in the Schedule hereto together with a certified copy of his degree, if any, or qualification and a testimonial of his good character signed by a Qadi of the District in which he resides.
(2) A fee of $50.00 is payable for every application.
