Seksyen 150 Enakmen Ibu adalah dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan-perkataan "twenty-five dollars" dengan perkataan-perkataan "three hundred dollars or with imprisonment for a term not exceeding two months or with both, or, five hundred dollars or with imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or with both for a second and subsequent offence".
