Seksyen 152 Enakmen Ibu adalah dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan-perkataan "twenty-five dollars, or, in the case of a second or subsequent offence, not exceeding fifty dollars" dengan perkataan-perkataan "three hundred dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding two months or with both, or, five hundred dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or with both for a second or subsequent offence".
